Furniture Assembly

  • Small items: $90–$110

  • Medium items: $130–$160

  • Large / complex furniture: $180–$250

Minor Plumbing & Leaks

Plumbing Basics — Starts at $130

Includes:

  • Faucet leak repair

  • Toilet flapper / running toilet fix

  • Simple supply line / trap leaks


Fixture swaps — Starts at $150–$180

Drywall Repair

  • Minor drywall patches (up to palm-sized)

Services do not include structural repairs, electrical work, plumbing beyond minor fixture-level fixes, or work requiring permits unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area prior to arrival.
